RHOPLEX® HG-95P Emulsion Polymer was developed specifically for low VOC aqueous gloss enamels with excellent durability and resistance properties. It is recommended for interior/exterior applications in both high gloss and semigloss finishes. RHOPLEX® HG-95P Emulsion Polymer uses new ambient temperature crosslinking technology to offer improved performance versus conventional latex polymers. This new polymer technology was designed to provide VOC compliant enamels with excellent hardness development and durability for high traffic interior applications.

Hostanox® P-EPQ powder is a highly efficient phosphorus based secondary antioxidant, which reduces the thermo-oxidative degradation of polymers and the development of undesired color (yellowing) during processing. The main advantages of Hostanox® P-EPQ powder are its high thermal stability and high solubility in polymeric materials as well as its broad compatibility in coating polymers.

EBECRYL® 4396 is an undiluted isocyanate aliphatic functional urethane acrylate designed for use in UV/EB coatings and in two-component dual cure systems for coatings on wood, plastic, and metal.

Bermocoll® Prime 3500 is a non-ionic, water soluble cellulose ether with enhanced enzymatic resistance. and superior colour stability. It improves the consistency, the stability, and the water retention of water based paints.

MAINCOTE™ IC-1002 is a hydrophobic acrylic-styrene copolymer with excellent flexibility and adhesion to metal substrates. This versatile binder can be combined with low thermal conductivity fillers to form waterborne thermal insulation coatings with high pigment volume concentrations (PVC), high volume solids and low VOC levels (< 25 g/L). MAINCOTE™ IC-1002 Emulsion offers uniform cure in high build insulation coatings.

Superior Graphite 2924 is a purified flake product manufactured using Superior Graphite’s proprietary electro-thermal purification technology. This continuous high-temperature process exposes the flake graphite to extremely high temperatures so that impurities, including inorganic contaminants, are sublimed. Superior Graphite 2924 is medium-fine size grade of the ‘Thermally Purified Flake’ product line produced using Superior Graphite’s dedicated milling and screening technology. Main uses are increase in thermal and electrical conductivity, coefficient of Friction reduction, wear reduction in high demanding applications.

LOTRYL® 24MA005 is a random ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer.

BONDERITE® S-FN 109 is used in coating applications, specifically as a conductive coating.

REAFREE® 6846 is a binder and resin used in paints and coatings, specifically for varnish applications. It features excellent flow, good mechanical properties, recoatability, and salt spray resistance.

CARPOL® GP-5171 is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a nominal functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 5000 Da. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 71% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include flexible foam, however, CARPOL® GP-5171 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and applications.

CRAYVALLAC® PA3 XAF 20 is an alcohol-free pre-activated amide wax supplied in xylene. It is a rheology modifier in paste form with high efficiency (optimum sag resistance and viscosity).CRAYVALLAC® PA3 XAF 20 is supplied in the form of crystalline fibres. In a coating system, these fibres form an interacting network. This network gives rise to the shear thinning rheology of the final coating. This shear thinning characteristic provides a very high viscosity under the low shear rates associated with sedimentation, and a low viscosity at the much higher application shear rates. The net result is excellent control of sedimentation combined with ease of application.

Licocene® PP 6502 FINE GRAIN is a high melting metallocene-technology based polypropylene homopolymer, which exhibits a high degree of crystallinity.

TEGO® Glide 490 shows outstanding slip and anti-blocking properties in waterborne coatings. The product is free of aromatic solvents and tin.

D.E.R.® 671-PM75 Epoxy Resin Solution is a solid reaction product of liquid epoxy resin with bisphenol A, dissolved in DOWANOL® PM Glycol Ether. D.E.R.® 671-PM75 Epoxy Resin Solution is a low molecular weight epoxy resin of the “1- type” in solution. D.E.R.® 671-PM75 Epoxy Resin Solutions formulated with polyamine or polyamide hardeners form an excellent base for many high quality chemical resistant coatings. These two-pack coating systems have applications where cure must be achieved at ambient temperature, and films must withstand exposure to corrosive atmospheres containing a variety of chemical reagents, solvents or salt water. The outstanding resistance properties, hardness, excellent adhesion to almost any substrate and flexibility are utilized in a wide variety of industrial finishes, including marine coatings, tank-linings and industrial maintenance coatings. D.E.R.® 671-PM75 Epoxy Resin Solution can also be used as complimentary resin in non-epoxy coating systems to improve resistance properties.

RHOPLEX® TR-25 is a chemical mixture and blend functioning as a binder and resin. It is used primarily as a binder.
