D.E.R.® 642U Solid Epoxy Resin is a novolac modified, medium molecular weight, solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 642U-20 Solid Epoxy Resin is a novolac modified resin and has an average functionality of approximately 2.6. It is designed for powder coating applications. The resin is mainly used in industrial powder coatings in combination with D.E.R.® 663U Resin, D.E.R.® 664UE Resin or D.E.R.® 667E Resin cured with a phenolic hardener such as D.E.H.® 80 Curing Agent. Such formulations provide excellent corrosion and chemical resistance combined with good mechanical properties. Typical applications include pipe coatings and internal drum linings.

LOTADER® 3210 is a versatile adhesive for extrusion coating or lamination, designed as: Concentrate to be used in dry blend with LDPE. LOTADER® 3210 improves adhesion of LDPE on aluminum foils, metallized or primerized films. Ready for use resin to be used pure. LOTADER® 3210 gives excellent adhesion on substrates likes aluminum foil, metallized plastics, paper, board, PE and some plastic films like BOPP. Coextrusion tie layer for PE/PA in extrusion coating process. LOTADER® 9307YT is a random ethylene-vinyl acetate-maleic anhydride terpolymer (EVA- MAH). As an ethylene copolymer, LOTADER® 9307YT is compatible with PE in all proportions, and with most ethylene copolymers. Vinyl acetate brings softness, flexibility, and polarity while maleic anhydride brings reactivity, leading to versatile adhesive properties to polar and non-polar substrates. As a result of high-pressure polymerization in tubular reactor, LOTADER® 9307YT also exhibits high transparency (low haze). LOTADER® 9307YT is suitable to produce thermo-adhesive films for solid substrates like PA, PET and PU films, aluminum foils, fiber mats, foams.
