MAINCOTE™ HG-56 is an aqueous emulsion designed as a binder for maintenance coatings. While it is compositionally similar to MAINCOTE™ HG-54D Acrylic Resin, its somewhat larger particle size mandates that it be formulated in a different manner. The formulator should pay particular attention to the guidelines in this brochure.

EBECRYL® LEO 10601 is a modified epoxy acrylate that provides low extractables and low odor after UV or EB curing. EBECRYL® LEO 10601 exhibits good pigment wetting properties and produces UV offset inks exhibiting enhanced ink-water balance and low misting. EBECRYL® LEO 10601 can also be used to produce UV flexo inks with good flow, high gloss and high reactivity.

RHOPLEX® MV-23LO is an aqueous, all-acrylic binder designed for interior and exterior wood primers and stain-blocking sealers. It is a versatile vehicle that can be used in both the formulation of primers that upgrade difficult substrates into sound repaint surfaces, and stain blocking sealers that minimize the "bleed through" of wood tannins and common household stains.

AVANSE™ ST-410 is a new high-performance, 100% acrylic, waterborne polymer can be formulated to meet the toughest VOC standards and still outperform traditional solvent and waterborne semitransparent stain technologies. Semitransparent stains based on AVANSE™ ST-410 Acrylic Emulsion do not require coalescent or heavy metal driers, they are easy to apply, and they enhance the appearance of new and weathered wood with a long-lasting finish. In addition, the combination of morphology and unique particle stabilization maximizes the flow and lapping characteristics during application, while building early resistance properties upon drying.

HP7622 is a high solids, water-reducible polyester dissolved in glycol ether EB (butoxyethanol). It is soluble in water after neutralization with amine. Stability and solubility in water may be improved with additional glycol ether EB or 2-butanol. It is a very linear polymer and provides excellent flexibility when combined with amino resins in baking finishes.

REAFREE® 4781 is a TGIC cure resin, 93/7 type, for outdoor durable thermosetting powder coatings. TMA free.

REAFREE® 5700 is a saturated carboxylated polyester for combination with Triglycidylisocyanurate or with ß-Hydroxyalkylamide type hardeners. Suitable for the formulation of outdoor superdurable and protective thermosetting powders. TMA free type.

RHOPLEX® SG-10C is a versatile 100% copolymer that was designed for use in high-quality interior/exterior semigloss paints. RHOPLEX® SG-10C provides paint formulators with an opportunity to achieve excellent early and ultimate block resistance, and very good flow and leveling. This product establishes a new level of performance for aqueous applications. RHOPLEX® SG-10C is an APEO (alkyl phenol ethoxylate) surfactant free1 binder and contains no intentionally added PFAS.

RHOPLEX® SG-30 is a revolutionary emulsion designed to meet the needs of new regulations for 150 g/L VOC semigloss interior and exterior architectural paints. RHOPLEX® SG-30 provides paint manufacturers an opportunity to formulate at lower VOC while maintaining key properties of conventional (250 g/L VOC) semigloss architectural paints.The results of laboratory tests comparing the performance properties of RHOPLEX® SG-30 formulated to 150 g/L VOC to a conventional 250 g/L VOC semigloss emulsion are included in this bulletin.

EBECRYL® 3420 is a low viscosity, modified epoxy acrylate with good pigment wetting ability. In UV offset, the final ink produced with this resin exhibits an enhanced ink water balance and good misting. EBECRYL® 1859 is a high molecular weight acrylate especially developed for high speed UV, HUV, UV LED, and EB cured offset lithographic inks. EBECRYL® 1859 exhibits excellent lithographic behavior, very good pigment wetting and high reactivity.
