EBECRYL® 8604 is an aliphatic urethane tetraacrylate. As the main resin, EBECRYL 8604 offers excellent reactivity combined with good hardness and toughness. As a co-resin, EBECRYL 8604 blended with higher functional (penta or greater) oligomer(s) improves reactivity and weatherability while increasing the ductility with minimum impact surface hardness. Films of EBECRYL 8604 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) combine abrasion resistance, hardness, and excellent exterior durability.

EBECRYL® 1365 is a hexa-functional silicone modified urethane acrylate diluted in 50% of EBECRYL® 160. EBECRYL® 1365 can be used to prepare UV/EB curable coatings with low surface energy providing anti-stain and easy-to-clean properties. Additionally EBECRYL® 1365 can be used as a processing agent in matt and excimer curable formulations, facilitating a uniform film creation which in turn significantly increases the process robustness.

TEGO® AddBond LTW-B improves adhesion and flexibility of solvent borne coatings on steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, and plastics.

RHOPLEX® WL-81, waterborne, acrylic polymer is specifically designed for the formulation of clear and pigmented ambient or forced-air-dry industrial lacquers. Coating systems based on this polymer are suitable for use on a variety of substrates and offer a number of key benefits currently provided by solvent borne industrial lacquers, but without the flammability, odor, or other problems inherent with such systems.

EBECRYL® 8315 is an aliphatic urethane tetraacrylate diluted with the reactive diluent hydroxypropyl methacrylate (HPMA). Films of EBECRYL® 8315 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) have a unique combination of hardness, toughness, flexibility, and abrasion resistance coupled with outstanding exterior durability properties. These performance properties make EBECRYL® 8315 ideal for applications such as paint protection, printed electronics, automotive interior film and embossing or thermoforming after cure.

EBECRYL® 4740 is a weather-stable aliphatic urethane acrylate having a low viscosity due to the allophanate structure. Formulations based on EBECRYL® 4740 exhibit high reactivity and yield tough and elastic polymers. Coatings formulated with EBECRYL® 4740 are characterized by very good chemical and mechanical resistances, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and high resistance to yellowing.

EBECRYL® 4857 is a low viscosity, monomer free aliphatic urethane diacrylate which exhibits good flexibility in UV or EB cured films. The resin is designed to exhibit low yellowing and good exterior durability. Due to its low Tg the product is suitable for applications requiring haptic properties (e.g. “soft touch/feel”).

EBECRYL® 3721 is a modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate resin. EBECRYL® 3721 demonstrates increased toughness in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) energy cured coatings compared to standard epoxy acrylates while maintaining high reactivity and superior chemical resistance.

TEGO® AddBond 2220 improves flexibility and adhesion of solvent borne coatings. This soft polyester shows very good compatibility in non-polar formulations.

EBECRYL® 220 is a hexafunctional aromatic urethane acrylate that provides very fast cure response when exposed to ultraviolet light (UV) or an electron beam (EB). Cured films of EBECRYL® 220 exhibit excellent hardness and solvent resistance.

EBECRYL® 4950 is an isocyanate-bearing aliphatic urethane acrylate diluted in 20 % butyl acetate. EBECRYL® 4950 can be combined with traditional hydroxyl (OH) functional binders or OH-acrylate functional binders, such EBECRYL® 4900, to form dual cure coatings (thermal NCO/OH and UV cure). EBECRYL 4950 improves crosslink density, reactivity, and imparts scratch, stain, and abrasion resistance after UV cure.

EBECRYL® 1290 is a hexafunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that exhibits very fast cure response when exposed to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). Cured films of EBECRYL® 1290 demonstrate outstanding hardness, scratch and abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and are resistant to yellowing.

EBECRYL® 4680 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate diluted 20% by weight with 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA)". EBECRYL® 4680 exhibits good reactivity and produces hard, tough coatings.

UCECOAT® 2501 is a tin-free, VOC free, aliphatic polyurethane acrylate dispersion. It is a robust and versatile resin ideally suited for energy curable industrial coatings applied by spray, curtain or roller coating. UCECOAT 2501 is mainly intended to be used as blending partner with water-borne resins, both UV/EB reactive and WB acrylics.

EBECRYL® 8809 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals*, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). (Please note that quinones are present in many raw materials, so the overall quinone content is reduced, but not zero in EBECRYL 8809.) Films of EBECRYL 8809 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent exterior durability, toughness, and resistance to yellowing. EBECRYL LEO 10501 is present at 5% in this product.
