3M™ Glass Bubbles S38HS are high-strength polymer additives made from a water-resistant and chemically-stable soda-lime-borosilicate glass. These glass bubbles are designed for buoyancy and insulation in ultra-deep water applications in oil and gas drilling.The bubbles produce strong, stable voids and low thermal conductivity, helping coatings achieve the necessary compressive strength.

3M™ Glass Bubbles S60 are high-strength polymer additives made from a water-resistant and chemically stable soda-lime-borosilicate glass. The S60 product can be used in a variety of industries and applications, such as automotive, injection molding, transportation, and oil and gas wherever a low-density filler with intermediate crush strength is required. These hollow glass microspheres can be used as a low-density filler material ideal for plastic and rubber parts created from injection molding, extrusion processes, or other vigorous processing equipment (e.g., Banbury mixers). 3M™ Glass Bubbles S60 help reduce weight, noise, vibration, and harmonics; reduce thermal expansion; and contribute to cost savings. They are ideal additive materials in the automotive, truck, rail, and aerospace industries.

Exolit® AP 422 A is a fine-particle ammonium polyphosphate (phase II) with less than 0.1% melamine. The product is largely insoluble in water and completely insoluble in organic solvents. It is colorless, non-hygroscopic, non-flammable, and classified as SVHC-free under current regulations.

Exolit® AP 435 is a fine particle ammonium polyphosphate (phase II) optimized for low viscosity in aqueous suspension and intumescent coatings. The product is largely insoluble in water and completely insoluble in organic solvents. It is colorless, non-hygroscopic and non-flammable.

Exolit® AP 462 is a product based on ammonium polyphosphate. The crystal modification is phase II. It is manufactured from ammonium polyphosphate by micro encapsulation with melamine resin according to Clariant’s own method. Exolit® AP 462 is a fine particle white powder with very low solubility in water, even at elevated temperatures. It is completely insoluble in organic solvents. The product is non-hygroscopic and non-flammable.

Exolit® AP 418 (TP) is a flame retardant used in industrial applications.
