BONDERITE® L-GP is a water-based lubricant carrier, designed for use in mold applications. It can be applied by spray and is compatible with aluminum and metal surfaces. The product is non-flammable and non-toxic, offering several key features such as good mold protection, excellent release properties, a smooth surface finish, and improved wear resistance. It is a ready-to-use product that provides reliable performance in mold-related applications.

BONDERITE® L-GP 154 RFU a specially processed colloidal graphite dry film lubricant, air dries rapidly at room temperature and adheres tenaciously to most substrates with minimum surface preparation. The thinness of the coating, coupled with high lubricity, provides clean, long-wearing lubrication without redesign of component dimensions. Supplied in Ready-For-Use form, coatings are easily applied during manufacture or assembly by standard spray techniques. BONDERITE L-GP 154 RFU ACHESON (known as DAG 154 RFU) is also an easy-to-apply resistance coating designed to provide conductivity, and excellent release properties to many nonconductive substrates, including most plastics.

EBECRYL® 8314 is an aliphatic urethane tetraacrylate diluted with the reactive diluents isobornyl acrylate (IBOA) and hydroxy propyl methacrylate (HPMA). Films of EBECRYL® 8314 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) have a unique combination of hardness, toughness, flexibility, and abrasion resistance coupled with excellent exterior durability properties. These performance properties make EBECRYL® 8314 ideal for applications such as paint protection, printed electronics, automotive interior film and embossing or thermoforming after cure.

UCECOAT® 7733 is a UV-curable polyurethane dispersion characterized by its outstanding stain resistances both in clear and white pigmented coatings, while still giving flexibility.

BONDERITE® L-GP 2404 is a high quality lubricant additive consisting of superfine graphite particles in mineral spirits. Lubricants diluted with BONDERITE® L-GP 2404 ACHESON (known as Dag 2404) are able to form a highly effective graphite film on metal surfaces at temperatures up to 482°C (900°F). It is particularly successful in conveyor chain operation because it penetrates and forms a solid lubricating film over the entire bearing surface as the carrier vaporizes.

UCECOAT® 7690 is a Tin free radiation curable polyurethane dispersion with an excellent outdoor durability. It can be used in varied exterior applications and on a wide array of substrates. The product is tack-free after water evaporation and has an excellent water release. Because of its non-irritant nature and low viscosity, it can be applied safely by spray, roller and curtain coating.

BONDERITE® L-FG 1105 is a non-graphited, water-based die lubricant formulated to provide effective lubrication and release when hot forging on presses, upsetters and hammers. It is capable of wetting dies at temperatures as high as 371°C (700°F), and provides good metal flow.

TEGO® Foamex 11 is a highly efficient, especially low-VOC defoamer emulsion based on polyether siloxane technology. Developed for architectural paints.

TEGO® Foamex 8030 is a very effective defoamer emulsion based on polyether siloxane technology. Very suitable for medium- to high-PVC formulations.

TEGO® Wet 240 is a highly active siloxane-based substrate wetting additive. It shows outstanding fine atomization in spray applications. It is very compatible and recoatable.

WANNATE® IT-170BS dissolved Aromatic 100 and n-butyl acetate (2:1), can be used as the hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings with high resistance to chemicals and weathering, very good gloss retention and outstanding mechanical properties. Based on its high hardness, it is normally mixed with WANNATE® HT series.

SURFYNOL® MD-20 is a very compatible molecular defoamer based on Gemini surfactant technology. Freeof siliconeand silica. Offers additional dynamic wetting properties.

TEGO® AIREX 991 shows very strong defoaming against both macro- and micro foam in solvent borne and high solids coatings. Especially for spray-applied coatings.

WANNATE® IT-170MX is used in automotive OEM coatings, industrial coatings, and vehicle refinish applications. Applied by spray, it functions as a binder, resin, and hardener compatible with alkyds, polyacrylates, and polyester polyols.

EBECRYL® 4265 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate without reactive diluent. It is characterized by its low viscosity and yields coatings with good chemical and mechanical properties.
