Focus Ester 603 is a vegetable-based polymerized ester designed to boost performance and enhance finish in severe metalworking applications, especially aluminum applications and drawing and stamping. Focus Ester 603 is a unique medium molecular weight ester designed to offer the highest lubricity and film strength. Focus Ester 603 a branched- chain fatty acid, which offers the highest level of thermal and hydrolytic properties. Also, it is expected to be less susceptible to bacterial attack than conventional fatty esters. Focus Ester 603 can replace or enhance traditional fats, esters and extreme pressure friction modifiers.

Dynasylan® 6598 is an oligomeric siloxane containing vinyl, propyl and ethoxy groups. Dynasylan® 6598 is a further development of Dynasylan®VTMOEO, vinyl-tris(2-methoxy ethoxy)silane. Dynasylan® 6598 is a colorless, nearly odorless low-viscosity liquid. Dynasylan® 6598 is an excellent silane compatibiliser between inorganic fillers (e.g. kaolin, MDH, ATH) and organic polymers (EPDM, EVA, PE).

TEGO® Rad 2330 is an efficient low-foaming radically cross-linkable substrate wetting and slip additive, providing wetting and flow properties. Recommended for broad areas of application.

CUPRON CLASSIC HDPE MASTERBATCH 30% is a material with microbe and mildew resistance, preventing odor build-up. It functions as a biocide in plastics and elastomers.

Bluesil™ EMUL 12 is a silicone-based product. It is primarily used as a mold release agent and release agent in plastics and elastomers.

CARPOL® GP-1500 is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 1500 Da. This triol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-1500 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

Cotrol™ AMB is an ammonium benzoate-based flash rust corrosion inhibitor. It is a cost-effective flash rust inhibitor that does not leave water-soluble components in the cured film thereby causing water sensitivity problems.

Additin® RC 9300 is a corrosion-resistant additive package with anti-wear, antioxidant, and corrosion inhibitor functions. It provides excellent demulsibility, filterability, oxidation and thermal stability, hydrolytic stability, and high load carrying capacity. Suitable for compressor fluids, compressor oils, and hydraulic fluids. Compatible with metal, non-ferrous metal, and steel.

Bluesil™ FLD 621 V1500 is α/ ω vinyl dimethylpolysiloxanes. They are available in viscosities from 20 mm²/s to 170 000 mm²/s. They are mainly used as base polymers for the production of silicone elastomers produced by a polyaddition crosslinking reaction, and as additives to modify organic polymer compounds.

Additin® RC 7120 is a single-ingredient antioxidant used in gear oils, hydraulic oils, metalworking fluids, and turbine & compressor fluids. It provides excellent oxidation stability, making it suitable for use in compressor oils, gear oils, hydraulic fluids, metalworking fluids, and turbine oils.

Additin® RC 2516 is a deactivated, medium active, light colored, low odor, high viscosity sulfur carrier with good solubility even in nonpolar base oils. Due to its excellent polarity and lubricity in combination with a controlled sulfur activity, it is particularly suited for manufacturing metalworking fluids for medium to heavy duty stamping, fine blanking and metal forming processes. The low copper corrosivity makes it also suitable for machining yellow metal alloys. It is also highly recommended for the formulation of EP greases, slideway oils and industrial gear oils.

Stabaxol® I Powder is an active antihydrolysis agent for polyester polyurethanes produced by hot casting like e. g. PET, PBT, TPE, PLA, TPU and millable Urethane rubber. Polymers with amide groups (PA) can be protected against hydrolysis with Stabaxol® I Powder, too. Stabaxol® I Powder is very suitable for extrusion of monofilaments. Due to its powder form it can be handled easier than Stabaxol® I or Stabaxol® I LF.

TAMOL® 819 is a dispersant used as a CASE ingredient in chemical mixtures and blends.
