Additin® M 43.001 is a single-ingredient sodium sulfonate (Sodium Salts, Sulfonates) used as a corrosion inhibitor in metalworking fluids and anti-rust oils. It provides good rust inhibition, corrosion protection, and has low odor.

PETRONATE® HH Sodium Sulfonate is an all-natural high molecular weight first intent sodium sulfonate. It is recommended for use in soluble oils and semi-synthetic fluids to impart all of the benefits of natural sodium sulfonate and exhibits improved corrosion protection properties compared to commercially available synthetic products. PETRONATE® HH Sodium Sulfonate possesses the inherent corrosion protection characteristics expected from an all-natural high molecular weight sodium sulfonate. Nominal dosages would range from 1.0 to 10.0 wt. % of the finished soluble oil or semi-synthetic fluid. Calcinate® OR is a 400 TBN first intent overbased calcium sulfonate. This product is a high quality sulfonate designed to be a component in metal working formulations providing the beneficial effects of alkalinity for neutralizing acid and superior demulsibility for rust inhibition. It also directly protects the metal surface from corrosion. The calcium to sulfonate ratio is optimized for good oil solubility and compatibility with other formulating components. Calcinate® OR is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

Calcinate® C-400CLR is a 400 TBN overbased calcium sulfonate. This highly overbased calcium sulfonate is engineered to have the alkaline component as all calcium carbonate. This product is used as a component in metal working fluids where the unique lubricity and extreme pressure properties of calcium carbonate are utilized. The calcium to sulfonate ratio is optimized for good oil solubility and compatibility with other formulating components. Calcinate® C-400CLR is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

Focus Sulfonate M is an oil-soluble, medium molecular weight, sodium sulfonate. Focus Sulfonate M will function as a primary emulsifier for formulating soluble oil and semi-synthetic fluids. It also provides inherent corrosion and rust inhibition properties, as well as outstanding dispersion and wetting properties.

Calcinate® C-400W is a 400 TBN modified overbased calcium sulfonate containing a high level of crystalline "calcite" calcium carbonate. Calcinate® C-400W is designed to provide excellent extreme pressure, anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties to a lubricant. It is recommended for use in rust protective and forming oils as a chlorine replacement to impart enhanced extreme pressure characteristics of a crystalline overbased calcium sulfonates. This product is used as a component in metal working fluids where the unique lubricity and extreme pressure properties of calcium carbonate are utilized. Calcinate® C-400W is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

Hybase® C-402 is a 400 TBN oil soluble overbased calcium sulfonate. It is typically used as a detergent and rust inhibitor in crankcase lubricants and is designed for good compatibility with other detergent types, such as calcium phenate.

Calcinate® C-70 is a 70 TBN oil soluble overbased calcium sulfonate. It has an optimized Soap-to-TBN ratio to provide excellent corrosion inhibition and detergency. CalcinateTM C-70 is designed to remove health concerns over the presence of barium heavy metal coming from overbased barium sulfonates. CalcinateTM C-70 is compatible with Group I, II, and III base oils as well as Group IV synthetic base stocks.

Hybase® C500 is a 500 TBN oil soluble overbased calcium sulfonate. It provides the highest TBN of calcium carbonate available in a liquid, oil based format. Hybase® C500 is a typically used as a detergent and rust inhibitor in crankcase lubricants. It is designed as a both a stand alone detergent as well as in conjunction with other detergent types, such as calcium phenate.

Hybase® C-311 is a 300 TBN oil soluble overbased calcium sulfonate. Hybase® C-311 is a typically used as a detergent and rust inhibitor in crankcase lubricants. It can be used as the sole detergent but will also work well in conjunction with other detergent types, such as calcium phenate.

This neutral calcium sulfonate product is designed to exhibit a low level of reactivity in formulations due to its limited free alkalinity, while providing detergency, rust inhibition and boundary lubrication characteristics. The use of Calcinate® NC is recommended for lubricant formulations where cleanliness is desired. Calcinate® NC is compatible with mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks, and may also be used with esters to provide detergency and corrosion protection.
