LOTADER® 9305T is a random ethylene-vinyl acetate-maleic anhydride terpolymer (EVA- MAH). As an ethylene copolymer, LOTADER® 9305T is compatible with PE in all proportions, and with most ethylene copolymers. Vinyl acetate brings softness, flexibility, and polarity while maleic anhydride brings reactivity, leading to versatile adhesive properties to polar and non-polar substrates. LOTADER® 9305T is compatible with most tackifying resins and waxes and can be used in hot melt adhesives formulations. LOTADER® 9305T is also suitable to produce thermo- adhesive films for solid substrates like PA, PET and PU films, aluminum, foils.

LOTADER® 4613T is an ultra-versatile ready-to-use tie layer resin for extrusion lamination/coating, not intended to be diluted. LOTADER® 4613T provides excellent adhesion in direct bonding onto printed, reverse-printed and plain films (OPET, OPP, CPP, OPA). LOTADER® 4613T for extrusion coating lamination onto foil, metallized films, paper and board.

LOTADER® 3430 is a random ethylene-methyl acrylate-maleic anhydride terpolymer. LOTADER® 3430 is a versatile adhesive for extrusion coating or lamination, designed as: Concentrate to be used in dry blend with LDPE. LOTADER® 3430 improves adhesion of LDPE on aluminium foils, metallized or primerized films. Ready for use resin to be used pure. LOTADER® 3430 gives excellent adhesion on substrates likes aluminum foil, metallized plastics, paper, board, PE and some plastic films like BOPP. Coextrusion tie layer for PE/PA in extrusion coating process. LOTADER® 3430 can also be used as a coupling agent for mineral filled compounds such as halogen free flame retardant wires and cables, a compatibiliser for polyamide/polyolefin blends and a modifier for polyamides.

MARLOX® RT 42 is one of the many low foaming EO/PO non-ionic surfactants produced by Sasol Chemicals in Germany. These alcohol alkoxylates are based on Sasol’s wide range of linear and semi linear fatty alcohols. They are produced by alkoxylation of the fatty alcohols to varying degrees using ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. MARLOX RT 42 is a clear to slightly turbid liquid at room temperature and essentially 100% active.

LOTADER® 18603T is a reactive ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, it has been designed to coextrusion application with polyethylene, ethylene copolymers, polyamides, EVOH, PET and PS. It can also be used as a coupling agents for HFFR compounds as well as impact modifiers for polyamides. LOTADER® 18603T is compatible with most tackifying resins and waxes and can be used in hot melt adhesives formulations. LOTADER® 18603T is also suitable to produce thermo-adhesive films for solid substrates like PA, PET and PU films, aluminum, foils.

As a result of high-pressure polymerization in tubular reactor, LOTADER® 9318T also exhibits high transparency (low haze). LOTADER® 9318T is also suitable as a tie layer between polyethylene and polyamide in blown film, cast film or in tubes co-extrusion. It can be used as a coupling agent in cables compounds formulations.
