RHOPLEX® WL-51 is ideal for high-performance waterborne finishes for coating plastic substrates, such as those used for business machines and office equipment. RHOPLEX® WL-51 is recommended for use on the following plastics: acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene, polycarbonate, polyphenylene oxide, polyvinyl chloride, acrylic, polystyrene, high-impact polystyrene, polypropylene, and pre-treated thermoplastic polyolefin. RHOPLEX® WL-51 delivers an outstanding combination of application, durability, and appearance benefits that make it an excellent choice for demanding business and office applications.

RHOPLEX® TP-257 is a high-solids binder for waterborne acrylic traffic paints, which offers a good cost/performance balance. Quick-drying striping paints formulated with RHOPLEX® TP-2577 resist the rigorous environment encountered on highways and related surfaces such as airfields and parking lots.

D.E.R.® 337-X80 epoxy resin is a semi-solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol a dissolved in xylene.

Rilsan® BESNO P20 TL is a polyamide 11 produced from a renewable source. Rilsan® BESNO P20 TL is plasticized and designed for extrusion.

EBECRYL® 4827 is an aromatic urethane diacrylate. Films of EBECRYL® 4827 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good flexibility, low color and good adhesion to various substrates.

EBECRYL® 294/25 is an aliphatic urethane triacrylate diluted 25% by weight with the reactive diluent 1,6-hexanediol-diacrylate (HDDA). Films of EBECRYL® 294/25 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent abrasion and stain resistance, good exterior durability, toughness, and are resistant to yellowing.

EBECRYL® 4738 is a weather-stable aliphatic urethane acrylate having a relatively low viscosity due to the allophanate structure. Formulations based on EBECRYL® 4738 exhibit high reactivity and result in hard coatings.

BONDERITE® L-GP 154 RFU a specially processed colloidal graphite dry film lubricant, air dries rapidly at room temperature and adheres tenaciously to most substrates with minimum surface preparation. The thinness of the coating, coupled with high lubricity, provides clean, long-wearing lubrication without redesign of component dimensions. Supplied in Ready-For-Use form, coatings are easily applied during manufacture or assembly by standard spray techniques. BONDERITE L-GP 154 RFU ACHESON (known as DAG 154 RFU) is also an easy-to-apply resistance coating designed to provide conductivity, and excellent release properties to many nonconductive substrates, including most plastics.

ACRYSOL™ TT-615 is an alkali swellable acrylic polymer emulsion used as either a primary or ancillary thickener in coatings. This product exhibits viscosity build comparable to high molecular weight HEC thickeners at low shear levels. Viscosity is developed by neutralization to a pH of 7 to 10. ACRYSOL™ TT-615 demonstrates greater roller spatter resistance than the cellulostics, but with a more pseudoplastic rheology profile. The liquid physical form of ACRYSOL™ TT-615 facilitates its incorporation into grinds and letdowns.

TEGO® Wet 251 is a highly active siloxane-based substrate wetting additive. It shows good substrate wetting properties and is suitable for a broad range of coatings. It is very compatible and recoatable.

RHOPLEX® DCR-113 is an aqueous all acrylic emulsion polymer designed for formulating into high solids Deck and, Concrete Restoration coatings. Low VOC, APEO-free restoration coatings can be formulated with RHOPLEX® DCR-113 to provide excellent abrasion resistance and flexibility, in addition to adhesion to concrete and well-weathered wood.

RHOPLEX® AC-464 is a binder and resin used in waterborne paint applications, functioning as a binder.

EBECRYL® 7100 is an acrylated amine primarily used as a hydrogen donor, or photoactivator, in ultraviolet light (UV) curable coatings and inks. When used in formulations in combination with a photosensitizer (e.g. benzophenone), EBECRYL® 7100 provides rapid UV cure response in air by mitigating the effects of oxygen inhibition at the coating or ink surface. Unlike conventional tertiary amines such as N-methyldiethanolamine, EBECRYL® 7100 reacts to become part of the UV cured polymer, resulting in lower residual odor and improved moisture resistance. EBECRYL® 7100 also promotes adhesion to plastic substrates and lowers viscosity when used as a primary component in UV adhesives and coatings.

RHOPLEX® SP-100 is a binder and resin used in architectural coatings, automotive OEM coatings, automotive and transportation, industrial applications, and paints and coatings. It functions as a binder.

ACRYSOL™ DR-110 Rheology Modifier is effective at building viscosity in a wide range of water-borne coatings formulations, from flat to semigloss. It offers application and feel properties to coatings that is very similar to those of hydroxyethylcellulose thickeners, particularly the hydrophobically modified type. Thus, it can provide a very cost-effective alternative to these cellulosic thickeners.
