Features & Benefits

CASE Ingredients Features
Product Benefits
  • D.E.R.® 672U Novolac Modified Solid Epoxy Resin has an average functionality of approximately 2.6 and combines the high reactivity of D.E.N.™ 438™ Epoxy Novolac Resin with the high softening point range of D.E.R.® 667 Solid Epoxy Resin.
  • In powder coating applications, extra edge coverage can be obtained by the addition of 10-50 % of D.E.R.® 672U Resin by weight.
  • D.E.R.® 672U Resin used in combination with D.E.R.® 672UE Solid Epoxy Resin cured with a phenolic hardener such as D.E.H.™ 82 Curing Agent provides coatings which exhibit excellent mechanical properties combined with good corrosion and chemical resistance.
  • Typical examples of applications include pipe coatings and internal drum linings.
