- Product Benefits
- Wannate® HDI is raw material for polyurethanes.
- Products based on Wannate® HDI is mainly used in PU varnish, top-grade coatings, car refinishing paint, plastic coating, top-grade wood paint, industrial coating, anti-corrosive coating, elastomers, adhesives and textile finshing agent.
- Polyurethane coatings based on Wannate® HDI have a high degree of oil resistance coupled with good wear-resisting.
- It is also lightfast and has the property of powdering resistance, color retention and weathering resistance.
- In addition, Wannate® HDI also can be used in coating curing agent, high polymer adhesive, low temperature adhesive for printing paste, collar copolymer coating, and immobilized enzyme adhesive.

Storage & Handling
- Storage and Shelf Life Conditions
- Wannate® HDI is sensitive to moisture and therefore should be stored in its sealed original containers.
- When stored under the proper conditions at room temperature (0 ~ 30 °C), the product will remain stable for at least 9 months.
- Water or moisture in the air reacts with the product and generate pressure.
- If partially filled containers are stored, it is advisable to blanket the liquid surface with dry nitrogen before sealing.
