Bayferrox® 512 Z is a high-quality iron oxide red pigment (Pigment Red 101), used primarily for providing durable, vibrant red coloration. This inorganic pigment is widely used in industrial applications, particularly in coatings, plastics, and elastomers, offering excellent stability and performance. It is a single-ingredient pigment that is ideal for achieving consistent color and quality.

CYMEL® U-663 resin is a partially iso-butylated urea resin supplied in iso-butanol. The fast drying properties combined with very good block resistance makes CYMEL® U-663 resin suitable for acid curing wood coating applications where low formaldehyde emission and high film gloss is required.

EBECRYL® 3300 is a highly reactive epoxy acrylate, diluted in DPGDA. When formulated and cross-linked with other suitable radiation curable oligomers and reactive diluents, it results in durable, hard-elastic and chemically resistant coating films of high quality. For UV curing a suitable photoinitiator must be added to the formulation. The addition level depends on the line speed, number of lamps and thickness of the coating film.

EBECRYL® 4265 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate without reactive diluent. It is characterized by its low viscosity and yields coatings with good chemical and mechanical properties.

ZINC OXIDE 104P is a brilliant white powder manufactured by the French (Indirect) Process. Grade 104 is our popular medium particle size zinc oxide offering high assay and very low impurities. Grade 104 is approved for pharmaceutical drug use as an excipient, is USFDA approved as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) at 21cfr182.8991 and is authorized by the USFDA for use wherever GRAS is approved including food contact in rubber, plastics, and coatings.

Esterex™ A34 is a API category Group V fluids. Esterex™ A34 has excellent low temperature properties, high viscosity indices, good lubricating properties, and low volatilities. Esterex™ A34 can be used as sole basestocks or blendstocks with other synthetic fluids in many automotive and industrial lubricant applications. Esterex™ A34 is ideal in high-temperature conditions, such as reciprocating air compressors, where discharge valve cleanliness is required.

EBECRYL® LEO 10801 is a hexafunctional polyester acrylate oligomer that provides high reactivity and the proper ink water balance necessary for good lithographic printing. Lithographic inks based on EBECRYL® LEO 10801 display excellent rheological properties ensuring good ink transfer from the printing plate to the blanket and then to the substrate, combined with good dot definition. EBECRYL® LEO 10801 has been specifically developed to formulate UV/EB curable inks with low extractables and low odor for indirect food contact applications.

Indopol® H-1900 functions as an emollient, solubilizer, dispersant, viscosity modifier, and stabilizer in cosmetic ingredients.

EBECRYL® 889 is an energy curable polyester acrylate for publication inks. EBECRYL® 889 provides good pigment wetting and color development for process color inks. Inks made with EBECRYL® 889 exhibit good adhesion to super- calendared paper, good ink transfer and excellent printability.

TEGO® AddBond LP 1600 improves adhesion and flexibility of solvent borne coatings on metal and plastic. It is solvent-free and highly suitable for high-solids coating systems.

EBECRYL® 645 functions as a binder and resin in CASE ingredients and is compatible with wood substrates.

D.E.R.® 916 Epoxy Resin is a modified, semi-solid, epoxy novolac resin emulsified in water.
