In these respects, it is greatly superior to ordinary non- hydrogenated rosins.

TEGO® DISPers 652 is a wetting and dispersing additive for inorganic pigments. Can be used in direct grinds of solventborne and radiation-curing formulations to reduce the viscosity. As a co-additive in universal colorants, it acts as a compatibilizer.

SURFYNOL® DF-75 defoamer is an organic-based mineral oil-free additive designed to provide knockdown and sustained defoaming in a wide variety of water-based formulations. Performance benefits can be obtained when this product is incorporated into aqueous inks, overprint varnishes, coatings, adhesives and paper coatings. This compound is particularly useful for foam control in systems that are based upon acrylic resins.

AEROSIL® 300 VS is a single-ingredient, hydrophilic fumed silica (SiO₂) that serves as an anti-blocking agent, anti-caking agent, carrier, dispersant, flow promoter, and reinforcement agent. It is odor-free. This product is compatible with silicone elastomers and is commonly used in varnishes, printing inks, and cosmetic formulations. It enhances performance by improving flow, preventing caking, and reinforcing the structure of various applications.

AVANSE™ ST-410 is a new high-performance, 100% acrylic, waterborne polymer can be formulated to meet the toughest VOC standards and still outperform traditional solvent and waterborne semitransparent stain technologies. Semitransparent stains based on AVANSE™ ST-410 Acrylic Emulsion do not require coalescent or heavy metal driers, they are easy to apply, and they enhance the appearance of new and weathered wood with a long-lasting finish. FH-173 is a kind of easily dispersed self-activating organoclay, which is a rheology modifier for esters, ketones, alcohols and ethers and other medium-high polarity solvents, paints and inks containing some aromatic solvents.It can be directly dispersed without an activator in xylene-esters (e.g., butyl acetate), xylene-ketones (e.g., cyclohexanone), and xylene-butanol, etc. in medium-high polarity solvent systems.

Foral® 105 resin is the pentaerythritol ester of highly hydrogenated gum rosin. A pale thermoplastic resin, it offers advantages as a tackifier or modifier in various adhesive and coating compositions. Foral® 105 resin exhibits outstanding resistance to oxidation and to discoloration caused by heat and ageing. It has a substantially higher softening point than glycerol rosin esters, and is therefore recommended where a harder resin may be desirable.
