UCECOAT® 7700 is a tin-free version of UCECOAT® 7699, a high performance acrylated polyurethane dispersion specifically developed for energy curable pigmented top-coats on wood furniture. UCECOAT® 7655 is a radiation curable polyurethane dispersion which is tack-free before cure and after water evaporation. It has been developed for high end wooden furniture top-coats, both transparent and pigmented, but can also be used for other applications and substrates, such as field applied UV curable coatings for wood, concrete, VCT (vinyl composition tile), and resilient floors. This polyurethane dispersion is very reactive and exhibits very good scratch resistance. Due to the low viscosity, it can be applied by spray or curtain coater.

EBECRYL® 1200 is an acrylate functional acrylic resin supplied in 45% by weight of butyl acetate. Upon evaporation of the solvent, films of EBECRYL® 1200 are physically dry and tack-free and after UV/EB curing are hard and chemical resistant without embrittlement. The viscosity and cured properties can be adjusted with the addition of reactive diluents such as 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA), isobornyl acrylate (IBOA), trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA), and tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA). EBECRYL® 350 is a silicone diacrylate that improves slip, substrate wetting, and coating flow and leveling when used as an additive in formulations cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). Because of its acrylate functionality, the silicone cures into the polymeric backbone, thus eliminating the migration that free silicones often display in coatings.

EBECRYL® 1300 is designed as the letdown oligomer for UV thermoformable ink applications, and should be used in conjunction with the pigment grind oligomer, EBECRYL® 8413. EBECRYL® 8210 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate that exhibits low viscosity and high reactivity in ultraviolet (UV) light or electron beam (EB) curable coatings. Cured films of EBECRYL® 8210 demonstrate high hardness with good scratch, abrasion and chemical resistance. EBECRYL® 8210 also contains primary hydroxyl groups that can be utilized for dual cure polymerization. Dual cure can provide instantaneous tack-free coating surfaces via UV or EB exposure while reaction of the hydroxyl groups with a suitable isocyanate enables polymerization in regions of the coating where UV or EB energy exposure is insufficient or absent.
