EBECRYL® LEO 10552
Principal:
allnex Radcure
Chemical Family:
Polyether Acrylates
End Uses:
Flexography Ink, Radiation Curable Coating, Radiation Curable Ink
EBECRYL® LEO 10552 is a low viscosity amine modified polyether acrylate oligomer that provides low extractables, low odor and low migration after UV or EB curing. EBECRYL® LEO 10552 is recommended for use in low odor and low migrating UV overprint varnishes (OPV’s) and inks for indirect food packaging applications.

EBECRYL® LED 03
Principal:
allnex Radcure
Chemical Family:
Polyether Acrylates
End Uses:
Flexography Ink, Gravure Ink, Inkjet Ink, Screen Printing Ink
EBECRYL® LED 03 is a low viscosity amine modified polyether acrylate oligomer that can be added as a co-resin to UV curable formulations. EBECRYL® LED 03 – when combined with an appropriate photoinitiator system – transforms formulations into UV LED, UVA, or low energy curable systems by providing improved surface cure. In addition, this effect is also seen in high energy cure formulations. The improved surface cure is obtained by mitigating oxygen inhibition of the free radical process and/or by being an amine synergist for Norrish type II photo initiators. Coating and inks based on EBECRYL® LED03 exhibit a low odor after UV or EB curing.

EBECRYL LEO® 10103
Principal:
allnex Radcure
Chemical Family:
Polyether Acrylates
End Uses:
Flexography Ink, Offset Ink, Printing Ink
Features:
Good Cure Response, Low Migration, Low Viscosity, Radiation Curable
EBECRYL LEO® 10103 is a multifunctional acrylate that in the presence of an amine synergist can enable the UV curing of printing inks and coatings without, or with only a minimal amount, of photoinitiator. The elimination or reduction of photoinitiator decreases the potential for migration in indirect food contact applications. EBECRYL LEO® 10103can be used for low migration over print varnishes along with flexographic and offset inks in the entire color range, including white. EBECRYL LEO® 10103 at 10-20% by weight in a coating or ink can provide a good balance of surface and through cure.

EBECRYL® LEO 10502
Principal:
allnex Radcure
Chemical Family:
Polyether Acrylates
End Uses:
Flexography Ink, Radiation Curable Coating, Radiation Curable Ink
EBECRYL® LEO 10502 is a low viscosity polymeric tetrafunctional polyether acrylate that provides low extractables, low odor and low migration after UV or EB curing. EBECRYL® LEO 10502 is recommended for use in low odor and low migrating UV/EB curable overprint varnishes (OPV’s) and inks.

EBECRYL® LEO 10553
Principal:
allnex Radcure
Chemical Family:
Polyether Acrylates
End Uses:
Flexography Ink, Radiation Curable Coating, Radiation Curable Ink
EBECRYL® LEO 10553 is a low viscosity polymeric amine modified polyether acrylate that provides low extractables, low odor and low migration and after UV or EB curing. EBECRYL® LEO 10553 is recommended for use in low odor and low migrating UV overprint varnishes (OPV’s) and inks for indirect food packaging applications.

EBECRYL® 83
Principal:
allnex Radcure
Chemical Family:
Polyether Acrylates
End Uses:
Fillers, Flexography Ink, Top Coat, Varnishes, Wood Filler
Compatible Substrates & Surfaces:
Paper, Plastics, Wood
Features:
Fast Cure, High Gloss, Low Odor, Low Viscosity, Solvent Resistance
EBECRYL® 83 is an amine modified polyether acrylate that exhibits low viscosity and fast cure via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV). Films of EBECRYL 83 cured by UV or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high gloss, solvent resistance and low residual odor. EBECRYL® 80
Principal:
allnex Radcure
Chemical Family:
Polyether Acrylates
End Uses:
Clearcoat, Flexography Ink, Radiation Curable Coating, Screen Printing Ink, Top Coat
EBECRYL® 80 is an amine modified polyether tetraacrylate that exhibits relatively low viscosity and exceptionally fast cure via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV). Films of EBECRYL® 80 cured by UV or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high gloss, good solvent resistance and low residual odor. EBECRYL 80 is especially suited for fast curing UV overprint varnishes, and due to its low viscosity and good pigment wetting characteristics, is also recommended for UV flexo inks.
