CYCAT® 4045 CATALYST is an amine blocked para-toluene sulfonic acid catalyst. It is recommended for accelerating the cure response of amino crosslinking resins while providing improved formulation package stability compared with the un-blocked para-toluene sulfonic acid CYCAT® 4045 CATALYST It is especially recommended for use with highly alkylated amino crosslinking resins. It provides excellent stability in high solids and waterborne systems, and in the latter it can be added without causing binder precipitation, which can often occur due to a drop in pH.

EBECRYL® 4510 is an isocyanate functional aliphatic urethane acrylate supplied at 90% solids in butyl acetate. It is useful as an adhesion promoter ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) energy curable coatings and in two-component dual cure coatings.

D.E.H.® 630 is a modified cycloaliphatic amine epoxy curing agent.

Bayferrox® 130 M is a single-ingredient inorganic pigment, specifically Pigment Red 101, made from iron(III) oxide. It is used in various applications requiring stable, high-performance coloring.

ACRYSOL™ DR-73 Rheology Modifier is a synthetic liquid thickener that provides a cost-effective, high-performance alternative to cellulosic thickeners in interior flat latex paints. ACRYSOL™ DR-73 offers application and feel properties similar to medium-grade cellulosic thickeners and hydrophobically modified HEC thickeners, while increasing high shear viscosity for enhanced film build, brush drag, and hiding power. It also delivers outstanding spatter resistance. ACRYSOL™ DR-73 is easy to handle and incorporate into paint formulations, and it is designed to resist microbial contamination.

Bayferrox® 520 is an inorganic iron oxide pigment, specifically iron(III) oxide, commonly known as Pigment Red 101. It is widely used in various industrial applications, including paper production, where it provides stable colorant properties. Bayferrox® 520 is a single ingredient pigment with high durability and excellent pigmentation for industrial and plastics applications. It is also used in CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers) applications.

EBECRYL® 80 is an amine modified polyether tetraacrylate that exhibits relatively low viscosity and exceptionally fast cure via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV). Films of EBECRYL® 80 cured by UV or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high gloss, good solvent resistance and low residual odor. EBECRYL 80 is especially suited for fast curing UV overprint varnishes, and due to its low viscosity and good pigment wetting characteristics, is also recommended for UV flexo inks.

RHOPLEX® EP-6060 is recommended for factory-applied interior wood coatings requiring early hardness, block resistance, and sandability. It can be used in clear formulations as a sealer and topcoat or in lightly pigmented (PVC 20%) coatings. The wet and dry clarity of films based on RHOPLEX® EP-6060 is good, especially over light wood.

EBECRYL® MPDDA is a difunctional monomer which polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. This difunctional acrylated monomer is particularly useful in inks and coatings where improved elasticity, weathering and adhesion are desired in combination with an excellent water resistance.

DERCOLYTE® S 125 is produced from the polymerisation of beta pinene. Is a tackifying resin recommended to improve the adhesive properties (tack, adhesion, heat resistance) of solvent based adhesive formulations, particularly in pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA).

D.E.H.® 488 Epoxy Curing Agent is a low viscosity, modified cycloaliphatic polyamine based, curing agent for epoxy resins.

CYCAT® 296-9 is an unique acid catalyst developed to accelerate the cure of Cymel amino resins at normal baking temperatures, and to permit the cure of clear finishes and enamels within relatively low temperature ranges.
