CYMEL® 350 Resin is a highly methylated, monomeric melamine resin recommended for use in both waterborne and solvent-borne systems. It has very good water solubility properties, which makes it easy to incorporate with excellent stability in emulsion systems, as it remains in the water phase and does not migrate to the polymer phase. Like CYMEL® 350 Resin, it is a very efficient crosslinking agent and is recommended for coil coatings and high solids systems. CYMEL® 350 Resin has a slightly slower cure response than other monomeric methylated melamine resins. This provides excellent flow and levelling characteristics and less solvent popping on cure

CYMEL® 1123 Resin is a highly methylated/ethylated benzoguanamine resin developed primarily for use as a crosslinking agent in electrocoating and conventional coatings requiring high detergent and chemical resistance. Its excellent balance between adhesion and film flexibility, especially after several cure cycles, makes CYMEL® 1123 Resin particularly well suited for can coating applications. While CYMEL® 1123 Resin is insoluble in water, it shows excellent compatibility with water soluble backbone polymers and provides very good stability in pH-buffered alkaline waterborne formulations. The poor light resistance properties of benzoguanamine makes CYMEL® 1123 Resin unsuitable for exterior applications.

EBECRYL® LEO 10551 is a low viscosity amine modified polyether acrylate oligomer that provides low extractables, low odor and low migration after UV or EB curing.EBECRYL LEO 10551 is recommended for use in low odor and low migrating UV overprint varnishes (OPV’s) and inks for indirect food packaging applications.

CYMEL® 1133 Resin is a highly methylated, n-butylated melamine crosslinker with a high degree of alkylation. It has a higher butoxymethyl content and higher monomer content compared to CYMEL® 1130 resin. Its hydrophobic nature combined with very good film appearance properties makes CYMEL® 1133 resin suitable for automotive topcoat applications and general metal finishes requiring improved durability and resistance properties.

EBECRYL® 8213 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate with 70% solid content diluted in butyl acetate. EBECRYL® 8213 exhibits good yellowing resistance and very good outdoor resistance. Furthermore this resin provides very good adhesion onto aluminium-based vacuum metallization layer and most metallic basecoats for plastic coating.

RHOPLEX® K-3 is an acrylic crosslinking agent.

CYMEL® 1161 Resin is a highly monomeric, methylated/ iso-butylated melamine crosslinker with a high degree of alkylation. Its high monomer content allows for the formulation of high solids coatings with excellent appearance, recoat adhesion, and flexibility. CYMEL® 1161 Resin is especially recommended for automotive topcoats, general metal finishes, and coil coatings

CYMEL® 301 Resin is a highly methylated melamine crosslinker supplied at >98% solids. Relative to CYMEL® 303 LF resin, CYMEL® 301 Resin is slightly higher in both monomer content and extent of alkylation resulting in a product with lower viscosity that exhibits fast cure response and imparts excellent flexibility to the film. Its high functionality and low tendency to self-condense makes CYMEL® 301 Resin suitable for a wide range of applications like can, container, automotive and general industrial coatings.

EBECRYL® 824 functions as a monomer and oligomer in CASE ingredients. It belongs to the chemical mixtures and blends family.

EBECRYL® 210 is an aromatic urethane diacrylate. Films of EBECRYL 210 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good flexibility, low color and good adhesion to various substrates.

EBECRYL® 80 is an amine modified polyether tetraacrylate that exhibits relatively low viscosity and exceptionally fast cure via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV). Films of EBECRYL® 80 cured by UV or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high gloss, good solvent resistance and low residual odor. EBECRYL 80 is especially suited for fast curing UV overprint varnishes, and due to its low viscosity and good pigment wetting characteristics, is also recommended for UV flexo inks.

EBECRYL® MPDDA is a difunctional monomer which polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. This difunctional acrylated monomer is particularly useful in inks and coatings where improved elasticity, weathering and adhesion are desired in combination with an excellent water resistance.

POLYMEG® 2000 is used in polymer manufacturing and is applied in industrial and assembly adhesives.

Castorcin™ 500 is a 100% solids, castor oil-based derivative designed for use as a polyol in polyurethane coating systems. Castorcin™ 500, when used as a reactive diluent, will deliver the beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives such as improved flow and levelling.
