EBECRYL® LEO 10801 is a hexafunctional polyester acrylate oligomer that provides high reactivity and the proper ink-water balance necessary for good lithographic printing. Lithographic inks based on EBECRYL® LEO 10801 display excellent rheological properties ensuring good ink transfer from the printing plate to the blanket and then to the substrate, combined with good dot definition. EBECRYL® LEO 10801 has been specifically developed to formulate UV/EB curable inks with low extractables and low odor for indirect food contact applications.

EBECRYL® 640/20 TO is a modified diacrylate ester of bisphenol A epoxy resin. This product is characterized by its light color, fast cure response and improved pigment wetting. Films of EBECRYL®640/20 TO cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit high surface hardness and gloss and the excellent solvent resistance typical of an epoxy resin. EBECRYL®640/20 TO finds broad use in UV/EB applications, such as inks, coatings and overprint varnishes.

EBECRYL® 8213 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate with 70% solid content diluted in butyl acetate. EBECRYL® 8213 exhibits good yellowing resistance and very good outdoor resistance. Furthermore this resin provides very good adhesion onto aluminium-based vacuum metallization layer and most metallic basecoats for plastic coating.

CYMEL® 3745N Resin is a highly methylated melamine crosslinker designed for use in both solvent-borne and waterborne industrial finishes. Its high functionality and low tendency to self-condense promotes excellent formulated stability and results in films with very good hardness development, flexibility, formability, and resistance properties making it suitable for a wide range of coating applications, like can and container coatings, foil coatings, automotive coatings and waterborne formulations.

ALPEX® CK 450/PAST is a polyisoprene-based binder and crosslinking agent. It is used in coatings such as anti-corrosion and chemical-resistant paints, as well as in tank coatings. Additionally, it is suitable for use in letterpress, offset, and screen printing inks. This product offers excellent chemical resistance, improved gloss, and scratch resistance, while minimizing misting during application.

UCECOAT® 6570 is a 3 functional aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer diluted with 5% water. This water dilutable urethane acrylate is particularly useful in screen inks and varnishes for water based applications; giving good water- and solvent resistance after curing by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB).

EBECRYL® 3300 is a highly reactive epoxy acrylate, diluted in DPGDA. When formulated and cross-linked with other suitable radiation curable oligomers and reactive diluents, it results in durable, hard-elastic and chemically resistant coating films of high quality. For UV curing a suitable photoinitiator must be added to the formulation. The addition level depends on the line speed, number of lamps and thickness of the coating film.

EBECRYL® CTFA is a mono-functional monomer with low viscosity, good hardness and good hard solvent resistance. It can provide fast curing speed and good film performance.

EBECRYL® 3605 is a partially acrylated ester of a bisphenol A type epoxy resin. It contains both acrylate and epoxy functionalities. This resin may be cured by exposure to either ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) in conjunction with conventional epoxy curing. It may also be cured with UV radiation using a mixed photoinitiator system consisting of free radical and cationic photoinitiators. Ebecryl®3605 has been developed for applications requiring improved coating performance properties over those obtainable with conventional UV/EB curing alone.

EBECRYL® PEG200DMA (polyethylene glycol di-methacrylate), CAS N° 25852-47-5, is a difunctional monomer which polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. EBECRYL® PEG200DMA forms homopolymers and copolymers. EBECRYL® PEG200DMA is compatible with a wide range of acrylated- and methacrylated resins.

CYREZ® 966 is a highly methylated melamine crosslinking agent and is the purest form of hexamethoxymethylmelamine available in our product line. Its high degree of alkylation coupled with its high monomer content makes CYREZ® 966 resin an excellent crosslinker for applications where film flexibility is a premium, such as required in some coil and can coatings.

EBECRYL® IBOMA (isobornyl methacrylate) is a mono-functional monomer which polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. EBECRYL® IBOMA forms homopolymers and copolymers. EBECRYL® IBOMA is compatible with a wide range of acrylated- and methacrylated resins.

CYMEL® 304 Resin is a specially alkylated, high solids melamine crosslinking agent designed specifically for industrial wood coating applications. Systems formulated with CYMEL® 304 Resin exhibit excellent catalyzed stability and films develop excellent early hardness, resistance properties, appearance, and cold check resistance. It has very low free formaldehyde and low evolved formaldehyde on cure relative to conventional urea-based formulas.

CYMEL® MI-12-I Resin is a partially iso-butylated melamine supplied in iso-butanol. Its high reactivity, combined with very good leveling properties, makes CYMEL® MI-12-I Resin suitable for fast drying industrial applications like mirror backing, primers, and dipping enamels.

PTMEG-1400 is used in industrial and assembly adhesives and is compatible with polyamide, polyesters, and polyurethane substrates.
