EBECRYL® 4859 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane methacrylate that does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals*, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). (Please note that quinones are present in many raw materials, so the overall quinone content is reduced, but not zero in EBECRYL 4859.) Due to a low intrinsic viscosity, EBECRYL 4859 offers ease of formulating in energy curable systems that are low in viscosity with high oligomer content. Films of EBECRYL 4859 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good hardness, optically clarity, low color and good impact resistance.

UCECOAT® 7690 is a Tin free radiation curable polyurethane dispersion with an excellent outdoor durability. It can be used in varied exterior applications and on a wide array of substrates. The product is tack-free after water evaporation and has an excellent water release. Because of its non-irritant nature and low viscosity, it can be applied safely by spray, roller and curtain coating.

UCECOAT® 7856 is a new high-solids and solvent-free radiation curable polyurethane dispersion in water suitable for high gloss applications with excellent clarity and distinctness of image (DOI). The product has an excellent colloidal stability (shelf life of 12 months) and complies with VOC-free, tin-free Does not contain intentionally added organic tin compounds and stenomer Chemically well-defined monomeric or multi functional acrylates, with low molecular weight and very narrow molecular weight distribution free requirements. Due to its low viscosity and its good responsiveness to rheology modifiers, it can be easily applied by spray, roller or curtain coating operation. The product can be advantageously applied in one single coat and does not require sanding, although it can still benefit from polishing. The cured coating exhibits good chemical and scratch resistance required for high-end wooden furniture topcoats, though it is also suitable for other substrates and applications.

EBECRYL® 8409 is a low viscosity aliphatic urethane diacrylate. Films of EBECRYL® 8409 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good flexibility, toughness and excellent exterior durability. Low viscosity coatings or enhanced performance via increased oligomer content are possible with EBECRYL® 8409. Note that EBECRYL® 8409 typically develops a semi-crystalline aspect upon storage.

EBECRYL® 4201 is an undiluted aliphatic urethane acrylate designed for wood coatings (cork and parquet) with a high grit feeder abrasion resistance.

ACRYSOL™ RM-12WE Rheology Modifier is a nonionic rheology modifier designed to offer high low-shear viscosity with an extremely shear thinning rheology and excellent thickening efficiency. It offers a rheology profile similar to ACRYSOL™ RM-12WE Rheology Modifier but is prepared without intentionally adding tin compounds to the production process.

UCECOAT® 2501 is a tin-free, VOC free, aliphatic polyurethane acrylate dispersion. It is a robust and versatile resin ideally suited for energy curable industrial coatings applied by spray, curtain or roller coating. UCECOAT 2501 is mainly intended to be used as blending partner with water-borne resins, both UV/EB reactive and WB acrylics.

EBECRYL® 286 is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate oligomer diluted 25% with tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) monomer. Films of EBECRYL® 286 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent exterior durability, toughness, and flexibility, as well as the non-yellowing properties typical of an aliphatic urethane.

EBECRYL®1291 is a hexafunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer which provides extremely fast cure response when exposed to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). Cured films of EBECRYL®1291 exhibit high hardness, abrasion and solvent resistance.

3M™ Ceramic Microspheres W-610 are unique, semi-transparent, white-colored, fine particle size, high-strength microspheres. These products are typically used to reduce VOC levels, increase filler loadings, improve hardness and add burnish, scrub and abrasion resistance to a variety of coating formulations. Due to the ceramic chemistry of these products, they are also UV transparent down to 250 nm and have utility in radiation-curable and thin-film powder coatings.

Vesmody® U505 is a nonionic urethane rheology modifier, a suitable thickening agent for any waterborne painting system, especially for architectural coating, industry coating, Wood coatings as well as water-based ink. Vesmody U505 is a high solid content and efficient high-medium shear PU thickener, it allows the formulation of paints with an excellent balance between flow and sag. Vesmody U505 has a rapid thickening response and provides the system excellent flow and leveling.

D.E.R.® 732 Liquid Epoxy Resin is a reaction product of epichlorohydrin and polypropylene glycol.

Bariscan Ultra is a single-ingredient barium sulfate (BaSO₄) used as a filler and pigment. It is commonly applied in powder coatings, plastics & elastomers, and other industrial applications. Known by synonyms such as barium sulphate, barium white, Liquibarine, and Micropaque, this inorganic pigment is effective for use in both filler and pigment applications.
