- Dosage Information
As an industrial mold release agent
- Bluesil™ EMUL 21839 is generally used diluted at concentrations of 0.5 to 5.0 % active ingredients.
- Dilutions can be made by adding 12-120 parts of water to 1-part of Bluesil™ EMUL 21839 with moderate mechanical stirring. The reverse procedure (addition of emulsion to the water) is not
- recommended.
- The diluted Bluesil™ EMUL 21839 must be applied to clean hot molds (up to 250°C) by spraying, brushing, or wiping with a pad.
- The quantity of Bluesil™ EMUL 21839 used will depend upon the desired effect and properties.
- Product Applications
- Mold release agent for technical rubber, plastics & foundry products.
- Asphalt release.
