Product Applications
  • Hostavin® 3206 liq is recommended for the UV stabilization of solventborne general industrial coatings, in particular for UV cured coatings and car refinish.
  • In clear coats, a combination from Hostavin 3206 liquid and a radical scavenger (HALS) like Hostavin N 30 or Hostavin® 3058 is recommended, depending on the binder chemistry and the stabilization requirements.

Storage & Handling

Storage Conditions
  • Store in a cool and dry place.
  • Storage for longer than 6 weeks at the higher temperature than +40°C can result in darkening of the additive, but this has no effect on the UV absorption capacity.
  • Minimum shelf life is 3 years from the date of shipping when properly stored in its original sealed containers.
