  • SMY-LT is added to vessel containing only water at temperature 25-30°C, then, mix at speed 1500-2000 rpm for 20-30 min.
  • After sufficient hydration time, the homogeneous pre- gel will be ready.
  • Place it for 8-24 hours.
  • Add pigments, fillers, and active ingredients and disperse, then, complete dilution. 2-4% concentration is recommended for pre-gel.
  • Better performance can be achieved by applying pre-gel method.

  • SMY-LT Bentonite has a shelf life of at least two years from date of manufacture. Store in a cool dry place.
