As an industrial mold release agent
Bluesil™ EMUL 1635 is generally used diluted at concentrations of 0.2 to 1.2% active ingredients. Dilutions can be made by adding 50-250 parts of water to 1 part Bluesil™ EMUL 1635 with moderate mechanical stirring. The diluted BBluesil™ EMUL 1635 must be applied to clean hot molds (up to 250°C) by spraying, brushing, or wiping with a pad.
As an additive in maintenance products
Bluesil™ EMUL 1635 may be used as follows:- As a gloss additive to furniture polish formulations
- As a gloss additive to tire shine formulations
The quantity of Bluesil™ EMUL 1635 used will depend upon the desired effect and properties.

Bluesil™ EMUL 1635 is Freeze-thaw stable. If frozen, thaw product completely and mix gently to ensure uniformity before using this product. Stored in the original, unopened container from 5 – 40°C, Bluesil™ EMUL 1635 can be stored for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
