Product Application
  • Ceridust® 2740 TP is recommended for solvent and water based coatings and inks. It is also very effective additive for powder coatings.
  • In solvent and water based coatings the micronized wax compound performs as scratch resistance additive and lowers the coefficient of friction (slip). It also improves the abrasion resistance and minimizes metal markings. In wood coatings it provides additionally soft touch and anti blocking performance. It can also be used as additive to improve the sand ability.
  • In powder coatings it is a very effective degassing agent in all kind of powder coatings. It is also increases the output during extrusion process and improves the flow ability of the powder. Ceridust® 2740 TP provides slip properties and enhances scratch resistance of the cured powder coating. The fine and free flowing powder is easy to blend with all the other ingredients at the beginning of the production procedure.
