Product Benefits
  • Significantly lower viscosity than standard liquid epoxy resin (bisphenol-A diglcidyl ether)
  • Coating performance similar to traditional lower solids, solvent-borne epoxy systems, while enabling higher solids and lower VOC systems
  • Improved performance vs. diluent-modified epoxy systems, including improved corrosion resistance, increased coating hardness and fast drying
  • Facilitates increased filler loading and higher pigment volume concentration (PVC)
  • Increased ease of application vs. traditional high solids coating formulations based on standard epoxy resins
  • Lower VOC facilitates improved health and safety
  • Can be formulated as high solid paints with volume solids content greater than 85% and strong anti-corrosion performance
