VALIO EILA™ PRO LACTOSE FREE WHOLE MILK POWDER INSTANT is produced by spray drying pasteurised cow's milk of Finnish origin, from which lactose is partially removed by filtration and the remaining lactose is enzymatically hydrolysed to glucose and galactose. The product can be used just like instant whole milk powder, provided that the (higher protein content and) caramelising tendency are taken into account. The powder is lecithinated for quick dissolving and enriched with vitamin D.

CEAMBLOOM WD 3111 is a carrageenan based product, standardized to obtain a uniform performance. Carrageenan is a natural hydrocolloid extracted from red seaweed of the Rhodophyceae class.

CEAMGEL BC 93-203 is a carrageenan based product, standardized to obtain a uniform performance. Carrageenan is a natural hydrocolloid extracted from red seaweed of the Rhodophyceae class.

CEAMPECTIN RS 4700 is based on a high ester pectin, extracted from selected high quality citrus peel.

CEAMTEX 2904 is an alginate based product, standardized to obtain an uniform performance. Alginate is a natural hydrocolloid extracted from brown seaweeds.

LIPOPHYTOL™ P DISPERSIBLE is a microencapsulated phytosterols in powder form.

Staybelite® Ester 5 rosin is the glycerol ester of partially hydrogenated gum rosin, specially processed for superior taste and odour characteristics. It is a pale, thermoplastic rosin with excellent resistance to oxidation and discoloration. Its principal use is in chewing gum bases where it imparts masticatory properties in combination with polymers and other ingredients. The oxidation resistance of Staybelite Ester 5 resin helps finished chewing gums retain chewability, consistency and flavour throughout their shelf lives.
